Acupuncture treatments are a wonderful way to maintain optimal health - both physical and emotional. In addition to being extremely effective at treating pain and injury, it has been shown to help alleviate depression, anxiety, insomnia, seasonal allergies, and more.

Cupping has been used for millennia by cultures around the world. It feels like a reverse massage, with a pulling sensation instead of pressure. Cupping increases blood flow, releases muscle tension and breaks up fascial adhesions. We use it frequently to treat tightness and pain.

Gua Sha brings blood and lymph from deep in the tissue to the surface to improve circulation and bring fresh oxygenated blood to muscle and fascial tissue. It is a very useful addition to acupuncture and massage in treating tension headaches, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, neck pain, rotator cuff pain, and so much more.
